A deep dive into the issue of food security with Hummingbird Robotics Kits supplied by Casey Tech School and industry expertise from our industry partner Flavorite. Students explore LED lights, sensors, and motors as they design and build a prototype of their own robotic greenhouse.
Program objectives:
- Recognise the importance of robotics in addressing food security.
- Investigate combinations of inputs (sensors) and outputs (lights and motors).
- Develop skills in block coding, electronics and physics.
- Design and build a prototype of a robotic greenhouse.
